Cancel your subscription

If you have a paid subscription, open Billing and select Cancel subscription. Confirm once to stop renewal. Your current access lasts until the displayed end date, and your account and saved work remain available.

Permanently delete your account

Open Settings and select Delete my account. Confirm once to cancel the subscriptions associated with that workspace and remove its OOSocial data, saved campaigns, files, stored connections, and applicable login identity. A download is optional. You do not need to contact support.

What deletion covers

Deletion removes data held by OOSocial for the deleted workspace. Other owners and unrelated workspaces are protected. An identity used by another workspace remains available to that workspace. Published social posts and records held independently by Stripe or another provider are outside OOSocial account erasure.

If deletion is interrupted

OOSocial shows deletion as incomplete and lets you retry the same request. It confirms completion only after cleanup is finished. A private deletion reference records the request's progress; it is not a retained copy of your campaigns, files, credentials, or profile.
